Major (retired) Robert Newbill's Bio
MAJ(R) Robert Newbill enlisted in the Army in 1995 after high school and was later accepted into the United States Military Academy. In 2002, he graduated from West Point with a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering and was commissioned a second lieutenant in the Infantry. MAJ(R) Newbill served in various assignments during his career, including two combat deployments, and retired from active-duty service in 2019. Since retiring, he worked two years as a project manager in the commercial construction industry before becoming a JROTC instructor. MAJ(R) Newbill's wife, Jerah, teaches seventh grade math at Sammy McClure Middle School. Their daughter, Lilly, attends college at the University of North Georgia.
